The A4DE has had some interest from riders that are over 60yo that would like to do the A4DE, but would like a dedicated class rather than competing in the Masters over 45yo class.
The thought was that this class would only complete around 60% of the days riding as the other classes and thus finish the day early and put their bike into park ferme.
Riders would ride MODERN motorcycles and NOT vintage motorcycles.
Entry fee would be the same as other classes. (Organising club have a maximum of entry of 240 riders and expect a full field and thus have no desire for a rider on a cheaper entry taking the place of a full price entry).
To make this proposed class viable, a minimum of 10 entries would be required.
Can those riders 60yo and over interested and would enter this class, please comment on this post or send a pm so the organising club can gauge the actual interest of riders over 60yo.

The good news is that plans are afoot for Australia to be a participant next year. Issues around the supply of machinery and tyres to get here in time for a series to be put in place for 2021 has just not proven feasible in this COVID-19 affected world otherwise we might already be on the list, but....
