Devil tuning

Few of the machines we have tuned lately,

6110M, customer was chasing more power as machine felt under powered and a bit lazy,

Pre tune, machine struggled to do 38km/h up the highway,
Post tune, tractor held 42km/h up the same bit of road, and got to top speed quicker,

8235R, Customer was chasing more power and torque, we also carried out a DPF delete and EGR delete on this machine,

6430, Customer was buying a larger multidisk, and wanted the extra torque to be able to pull the implement on some hillier ground,

N80 hilux, customer was after more power and torque for a better drive,

This 6105R had the DPF block at just over 4000hrs, causing the machine to derate,
a new replacement filter is $4500,

We were able to carry out a DPF delete with our custom Agritune Australia software, allowing us to remove the blocked DPF filter,

Machine is now up and running code free and at half the cost of a new filter

This impressive rig was being towed behind a JD 8230 fitted with a well-known chip but still wasnt seeing the results they needed.
Following the Agritune custom software tune we now have a more than impressed customer who commented:
"Massive difference in the lower rev ranges.
Can take off at an idle with the machine in the ground now. Not that I'd need to do that but still impressive."

6430 we recently tuned, customer felt machine was feeling under powered and not holding its own as well as it should,
After a custom Agri Tune Australia remap,
Tractor is now pulling up the same hills 2 gears better and engine temps are running cooler than previous.
