Maybe not the most popular of platforms to modify, but I was given the task to build a Toyota camry and turbocharge the 2az-fe engine.
Took many hands, research, and time to achieve, and this is what we come up with while here.

Engine;
Darton sleeves, carillo pro turbo rods, cp pistons.
Ferrera +1mm stainless valves and valve train.
Kelford cams 272/270 turbo grind. Head was fully ported throughout.

Cooling;
Delta 3000cfm fans, Custom fan shroud, Custom radiator and a 700hp intercooler expertly made by ARE using adrad extruded cores.
Setrab oil cooler mounted.
Aluminium piping throughout and boost clamps where applicable

Intake manifold;
was again upgraded to a ceramic coated, Soara performance item. Intake we spec'd to accommodate a larger 70mm Rx8 throttle body.

Turbo;
Turbotech supplied ceramic coated G30-825 series 2 turbo.V-bands in/out
50mm turbosmart wastegate and blow off valves.

Exhaust;
Custom promod style 40nb stainless manifold with billet collector.
Full 3in dump pipe with
recirculated wastegate.
3in exhaust hi-flow cat and resonator, splitting into 2 mufflers in the rear with quad tips. Completely polished front to back.

Moving on to the next stage of the conversion now fab is complete. Time to add a fuel system and tune.

Particularly happy with the way its progressed, interesting to see how far it goes.

BA XR8 in for full customised system.
Starting with ceramic coated hurricane headers 1'7/8 in 4into1 extractors.
High flow cats positioned downstream into 3in twin system with X-pipe. All purged ,passivated and polished.
Reaper Engineering spun up some demonflow resonators, that gave the system an aggressive tone and no drone.
Flushed off nicely with Quad 3.5in tips.

Ba turbo ute in for some repairs and upgrades.
The standard turbo failed and left shrapnel in the intercooler, and bearings in the sump. This was all repaired and resealed.
Making way for a twin scroll rear housing, and G35 -1050 front compressor, custom turbocharger mix.
Fit-out included, 6boost manifold, turbosmart wastegates and a 4in Dump pipe onto the existing system.
Single peice hot and cold side boost pipes were fabbed up.
Along with 4in intake with a bellmouth and air filter, which was all by Aeroflow.
Few miscellaneous items were also added like isolation switch, shields and some heat management. The cooling system circuit was reconfigured with AN fittings etc. After a pressure test, it blew the rear Welch plug, so that was repaired too.
Coming in looking a little dated under bonnet, it was long overdue for a freshen up.
And as expected, the new setup comes on boost stronger and earlier in the rev range than before.

XB GS fairmont in for some mechanical and fabrication.

Beginning with a full front end overhaul, a rebuild kit from rare spares was implemented.
Every steering, braking and suspension components were replaced front to back.

Customised Track/street exhaust system was crafted, using a twin 3in mirror polished pipe work and offset mufflers.
AES exhaust valves were utilised for diverting to the side pipes for that pure sound.

VY clubsport in for twin 3inch header's back.
Starting with a set of high flow cats into X-pipe system.
Entering a pair of custom made Reaper Engineering 6x10x12 offset mufflers, to kill a bit more Decibel than straight through muffler options.
These were tightly fitted and gave a deep rumble and solid note.
Welded inside out, burn marks removed and finished in a high polish.

Lotus Elise was on the hoist, needing to free up some restrictions.

With aftermarket options already exhausted, this high comp forged motor was begging to breath.
We went for a full customised package.

Starting with headers. Something long tube were preferable for flow.
So 1'3/4 tubes were squeezed in with 20in long runners, and merged into a 3in collector to free up some rpm.

Tapering down into a 2.5in twin pass loop muffler to keep acoustics in check. This setup has been a good proven upgrade.
Complete system was backpurged, passivated and polished.
Big difference in response was felt for the driver and a exhaust note that will never get old.

This k20/24 built turbo Time Attack racecar was in for an exhaust leak repair . As racing was approaching the next coming month I didn't have much of a window.
The low mount setup was creating all sorts heating issues for drivers and engine, also wearing out various components.

We had turbotech supply and service the turbo with a new rear housing and all the fabrication components to suit.
With only 150mm of room to work with, and a list changes for everything else that was required to all work.
I decided to fab a smaller bore style compact manifold, that was more sized to the port diameter.
I highly mounted the turbo for full airflow. The exhaust was made as straight a possible and was all purge welded for reliability. Heat management was also applied everywhere on the system.and components, which worked well and fixed all the heat soak issues.

As the result of the reconfigured hotside made more power with 2psi less boost, wheeling off 500hp on 18psi @ 8000rpm. Also making it fatter throughout the rev range, which inturn quicker through the corners

But the real world results came when both drivers managed to improve their PB,s by several seconds on from roughly 1:26 to 1:18 on the Morgan Park K track.

Good back to back comparison from different styles of engineering.

This 77 model XC Falcon was in for its long awaited Golden jubilee birthday. With not many photos taken of the old girl , an extensive mechanical restoration was long overdue, as it was sitting dormant since 2012.
The car was virtually untouched since new and some basic parts renewed by owner.

Work was conducted as follows;

Suspension;
New pedders shocks and springs , new upper and lower ball joints, every rubber bush on sway bar and control arms.

Brakes;
New brakes booster and master cylinder, rebuilt calipers, new brake lines and fittings. New front pads, rotors and bearings. Brake cylinders and shoes and bearings on the rear.

Exhaust;
Hurricane headers, merging into a custom Y pipe then a 2.5 in single system.

Steering;
New rubber coupling, pitman arm ,idler arm and tie rod ends installed.

Cooling;
Radiator clean, system treated, flushed and tested. New water pump, thermostat and housing . New hoses.

Fuel;
Quikfuel carby, and adapter plate , custom brackets for cables and linkages. New filters.

Diff;
7 of the 8 plug welds on the housing were leaking fluid. Welds were excavated to the root of the leak, and rewelded with the stick welder using low hydrogen rods. New fluids and axles bearings and seals.

Chrome;
Both front and rear bars were hand polished. Included window and door trims.
Hubcaps were also rejuvenated.

Vehicle was also supplied road worthy certificate. And is now registered and ready for street duties.
