Service Advisor Position ($30-$40 Per Hour)
Job Description: As the Service Advisor at Brisbane Cheapest Tyres & Auto Service you will pay a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing essential administrative support to the team within the organisation. Your responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
• Ensure accurate administration & processing of customer vehicle services including payments.
• Managing appointment bookings and coordinating with our service team.
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role or administrative support role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
