Recent Multi tune we completed on this Fg xr6 Turbo, with Zf auto on Bp98 fuel.
Making 425kw on high boost and 363kw low boost mode. With valet and ghost cams set as the other selectable tune options + anti-lag at the press of a button! 🔥🔥

PCMTEC doing its thing, utilizing the factory ecu to have all these options! and with the ability to tune the auto transmision to handle all that new power!!

We supplied and fitted many parts including Pulsar Turbo Australia 3582, Full xforce exhaust system, Walbro fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, crow valve springs etc.

Running a Haltech 2500 Ecu for engine control and PCMTEC software to tune the ZF 6speed auto, this car has all the parts from a catalogue, while still maintaining a stock look.

Flex Fuel combined with a Rotary Trim K**b for tune selection, gives the driver power levels from 320kw all the way to 485kw at the wheels!

We have had many enquiries about tuning the new 3.0L V6 twin turbo EcoBoost Ranger Raptor - thankyou for the support!

These are the latest challenge for the tuning scene, and to date, they are untunable..☹️ with no available software able to modify the ecm or tcm. ( engine/transmission control module )

We have worked with leading brands and workshops, reaching all the way to Europe in hope to offer somthing, but Ford has made this one difficult..
The day somthing is available, be sure we will have one on the dyno! 📈

for now we will stick with the 3.5litre EcoBoost found in the F Truck range - Stay tuned!

N/A Barra with a Turbo to get it singing!
Basic engine upgrades to run 13pound of boost and running on e85.
Plenty of power to get slippery and unfortunately need a new clutch. 💨🚀

This car has some sweet as fab work all completed by the owner, such as a low feed inlet manifold made from a 3.9L Eb falcon, all the boost and exhaust pipe work and the 4 point Roll cage! 🤘

With a VCM Performance 883 cam, Proflow intake and an ethanol sensor on board from factory, once the run in period is complete it will get to the dyno!

We had the pleasure to tune this super clean Barra patrol!

With a Haltech elite 2500 ecu, with extras including flex-fuel, wide band controller, IC7 dash and a rotary trim k**b to choose up to 12 different boost and power levels! 🤌
A few hours spent dialing this one in!

The barra power plant has a Pulsar Turbo Australia borgwarner 372 turbo and many other goodies such as a surge tank with twin staged fuel pumps!🤩

This will be well into the 400kw's on 85% ethanol. Getting close to the limit of the factory patrol Re4 auto. 💨💨

The Dyno is back up and running! after waiting on international parts for toooo long..

Next up was this Bf Xr6 turbo ute. Tuned using the best option for the factory ecu - PCMTEC
Punched out an impressive 424kw at the hubs on 98 octane.
Safe to say she's a good runner. 🔥

1000cc injectors.
Intake 460 fuel pump.
Intercooler kit.
Battery relocation/turbo side intake
4inch exhaust.
Valve springs. &
A clutch to take the power!

Had this absolute rig on the hubs.
Well on its way to mid 300kw! until it had some trigger issues.. After a lot of diagnosing with the owner it was all addressed.
We also supplied a new Pulsar Turbo Australia Gen3 3584 ready for when it comes back.
Will be good to get it completed ready for some winter 4wd trips!

Not only Barra engines at Barra Tas ! 😜
We had the opportunity to be involved with a Mustang Coyote swapped Ranger Raptor.
-Supercharged 5.0L v8, on its way to push into the 400rwkw.
-10 speed 10r80 auto transmission, getting a custom tune offering faster and stronger shift points and better drivability with all the new power!

We made good progress until having some boost issues, this car will be awesome once finnished!
