After a long and drawn out 8 months
Trying to get paid
We have still not been paid the balance of the asset sale nor been given back our or customers good’s
We have no choice but to cancel the sale
Of assets to Tina Koren (our old bookeeper)
(Now trading as K&j’s garage)
From our old adddress after changing the locks
On the 10th of May 2024
Unfortunately they still refuse to give us back hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of our equipment tools customers cars,Equipment and goods.
We will now have to take them to court to get our money and assets.
We will file paper work in the Frankston magistrate court tomorrow.
