Happy Monday (again!, they’re coming with alarming speed it seems 😳)

A busy last week with a lot of variety in the shed, servicing some new vehicles, some older ones and some general repairs along the way, and as always, many a rego among the mix!

This week is fully booked. We are taking bookings for next week.

Tuesday again, this one’s fully booked, as is the rest of the week, we are currently taking bookings for next week.

Don’t forget guys, we are C L O S E D Fridays. All of them. This gives us a day for focused work and hopefully reduce lead times on those bigger jobs.

Not sure how it’s bloody Wednesday already but here we are - Happy Wednesday 😊

Did you know that we quote all sorts of work whenever asked?

Bill shock isn't something many of us are immune to, sometimes jobs add up quicker than expected, and often with mechanical it can be wide and varied.

Some parts are way cheaper than expected and some are quite a bit more, some jobs require minimal labour and others, well, feel like a career. Which is more than fine, but often its hard for customers to guess which way the pendulum might swing!

If you are wanting to get something done, whether it be servicing or larger repairs, quoting can be a good way to be prepared.

With Easter coming up 🐣, we will be closed over the public holidays, so if you need:

Ever get in your car after a service and think wow my glovebox has been ransacked…

Quite likely your Cabin Filter (the filter that filters the air coming through your AC) has been changed.

It seems this is one of those parts that engineers really haven’t given much consideration to in regards to ease of replacement and functionality 🤣

Workshop oddities…

This little blighter’s maybe 3cm long, managed to somehow wedge itself in the brakes causing intermittent noise, everything functioned fine, worked fine… the marks in it are from the heat of the brakes! Luckily no smoke or fire 😥

We often see rocks but this sticks a first of its kind!
