CASUALS WANTED!!

Casual positions (seven in total) are available for semi-skilled individuals to assist in a scheduled maintenance program.

As an Equipment Maintenance Assistant you will be required to remove and replace spent parts on fixed plant. The job is repetitive but very important and so concentration and a careful approach to work are essential requirements. Training will be provided.

Applicants will need to have their own vehicle to get to and from site.

Duration: 6-8 weeks

You may think that cutting the ends off of a used hose and crimping new ends on is the quickest & most inexpensive way to having your machinery back up an running again but have you considered the potential consequence and dangers that come with this quick fix?

A Hydraulic injection injury is all it takes, a small puncture to the skin from a blown hose and you will endure extensive tissue damage and could be at risk of possible amputation depending on how far the injected substance has travelled.
It only takes 100 PSI (pounds per square inch) to pe*****te the human skin and is a reasonably small wound but can lead to extensive damage.
Please re-consider re-ending hoses as it is a dangerous risk and the consequence are for life. For any hose & fitting inquiries come down to our Enzed Fremantle branch or call us on 9437 2011.

Below is a picture of a 750 Horse power hydraulic unit for a top drive drilling head on a land base oil well drilling rig. We replaced all hose assemblies using Parker’s 782ST hose rated at 350 BAR & 78 series fittings. These hoses were changed on site by one of our mobile Hose Doctors as part of a midlife overhaul of the machine. This is one of several jobs Enzed Fremantle completed, the overall project took more than two years.

Our all hours technician Rachhpal Mann done an excellent job re-hosing this Top Drive HPU with our Parker 722TC Hydraulic Hose. This machine is used in the Oil and Gas industry Drilling Wells. We were involved in Re building this machine after many years of service and the Customer demanded the Quality of the Parker Products and called upon the expertise of ENZED Fremantle to assist in the rebuild. The rebuild of the machine was done over 12 months.
