Third rig this customer brought us. Hilux, then a 200 Series, now this 300 Series.

Latest round through the workshop at All Four x 4 Spares, Kotara:

→ Offroad Animal Predator bullbar with integrated 22" light bar
→ Safari Armax snorkel

The Lovells GVM/GCM upgrade went on with us on an earlier visit, remote reservoir shocks and all. Which is the order we'd do it in every time, get the suspension and the rated capacity sorted first, then hang the weight off the front.

Five-speed manual out. Six-speed auto out of a 200 Series in.

Jamie takes you around this 78 Series LandCruiser Troop Carrier on its way out of our Kotara workshop.

• 6-speed auto conversion using a 200 Series box
• Terrain Tamer 3950kg GVM upgrade
• ARB Summit bullbar, side steps and rails made for the Troopy, recovery points both sides, front bash plate
• DWIZ rear diff track correction, pulls the rear track into line with the front. One set of tracks, noticeably less body roll
• TAG XR towbar with spare wheel carrier and a custom BBQ box

An auto conversion and a GVM upgrade together is a different vehicle to drive once it's loaded for a trip. That's the work most people don't see in a build photo.
