Using our state-of-the-art computerised Roehrig Suspension Dyno, we can measure your front forks and rear shock before we start to modify and revalve your suspension in order to analyse and taylor the suspension to your exact requirements. Chassis
We use specialised laser aligning equipment and digital scales and inclimeters to check and insure correct wheel alignment, steering head angles and weight and balance bios, all of this data is put into our Computer Chassis Program to set up your Chassis for your requirements. Machine Shop

Another interesting & productive week at PTR with a 1950's BSA gearbox to undercut, more Custom Dyno tunes with Gen3 Busa's & H2 Kawasaki & bringing a couple Hayabusa heads back from the grave. All picked up & ready for what next week brings.

Just finished Custom Dyno Tuning 2024' ZX6R636R using Woolich Racing Tuned Software with some pretty good result considering it was all stock with just a slip muffler 4hp improvement at max & straightened out the over run curve with an increase around 44hp as these models have a very soft approach to the RPM limiter in stock form.

Flow testing and improving Honda CRF450 2025' & Yamaha YZF450 MX heads this week, very interesting to see the difference...

Last week was lots of gearbox mods this week has been all chassis and suspension with a couple of Dyno tunes. This BMW 2022/23 model in for Chassis & Suspension set up using our Lazer alignment and ZeroChassis computer software, I must say this Beemer is a very nice motorcycle with lots of adjustment.

This gearbox is out of a H2 Kawasaki for quick shifting modifications & Isotropic treatment / polishing for a drag race ...

This gearbox is out of a H2 Kawasaki for quick shifting modifications & Isotropic treatment / polishing for a drag race application. Interesting the H2 design is very similar to the late model Harley six speed gearbox.
