Ricky brought in his for a and upgrades. We supplied a K24A3, changed the valve springs, VTC, oil pump and chain.
For the bolt-on mods, we have a side-winder turbo manifold, pulsar turbo, 3" dump pipe, gfb wastegate, 3" oval exhaust under the car, Varex muffler in the rear, skunk2 ultra street intake manifold, 70mm tb, 2.5" hot side intercooler piping, 3" cold side piping, with HD clamps to hold it together.
Comp clutch stage 4, lightweight Flywheel, also installed an L*D in the gearbox.
For the fuel system we converted to a return style, and E85 compatibility, so running a new fuel line from the fuel pump assembly up to the engine with ptfe lines, fuel filter, ethanol content, and a new fuel pressure regulator up the front.
While the engine was out we stripped the bay, prepped and painted it a super sparkle black.
After painting, putting it all back together, getting it all running, we sent it down to for an E85 tune, making an impressive 301kw/404whp.

Connor bought his in with some issues. We fitted an oem tps, calibrated it and it seemed great. Until we noticed the fuel pressure was dropping after the car had been running for a short amount of time. We diagnosed the problem to be the fuel pump, so we fitted a new 340L e85 compatible pump and converted all the fuel lines to braided PTFE

Justine bought his in for a bunch of work, we made a new turbo back exhaust, screamer, remounted the intercooler, made the intercooler piping 2.5" out of the turbo to 3" at the throttle body, Modified the radiator top hose outlet, mounted, wired and made the hoses for the astra electric power steering and much much much more.

Zia bought his in for a . We previously chopped off the stock gearbox mount and welded on the kswap mount. Now, we have prepped and painted the mount and rail.
First up , was removing the dash and installing the .com clutch pedal and master cylinder. Next up, we made new brake lines and mounted the brake proportion valve. Mounting the no cut shifter required a little bit of cutting and drilling to fit nicely and keeping the interior brackets.
With the wiring, we did a mix of a obd1 conversion using the main relay and dc5 wiring with the c101 plug for the engine loom, the ecu of choice was the and Wideband controller. We also did a sweet wire tuck for the headlight wiring running under the gaurds.
The intake manifold needed to be ported for the 72mm throttle body, made a 3.5" intake with HD clamp to the throttle body.
We did a full efi conversion as well including swapping out the tank to a crx unit with an aeromotive stealth 340L pump inside, made all new ptfe lines mounted the flex sensor in the engine bay, bulkhead fittings in the fire wall, fuel pressure regulator on the rail.
Tucked a vw radiator in the front, mounted a header tank to the strut tower.

bought his to us @ after it sitting at another shop for 4 years. We built a with 12:1 pistons, rods, headstuds, DC 3.2 cams, all the good stuff. Installed the engine and gearbox into the car, added some spicey bolt ons, made some Ptfe fuel lines, plumbed the fuel system, mounted and plumbed the catch can, and much much more.

Luke bought his in for an oil leak and health check on his .
It was decided that we wanted to , so we installed a and type R gearbox.
We converted all the fuel lines to braided teflon and installed a flex sensor, 340Lph E85 fuel pump, gfb fuel pressure regulator, and 1000cc injectors.
He also wanted to go , , we got our mate to make up some intercooler pipes.
Luke also wanted to clean up the engine bay, so we prepped and painted it.
For the ecu, we went with a and dc5 adapter.
After lots and lots of work, we took the car to for tuning.
Chongy managed to pump out 300hp on 98ron and 352hp on E85.

LS400, we got it running, wiring in the , custom make a gearbox controller, replacing a lot of parts, make some Axle back blast pipes, custom make some solid diff bushes on the lathe, weld the diff, after a year of working on it we finally got to bring it out to , it was Russell's first time drifting and he did well, I got to have a drive as well!

Our good racing friend Glen decided he wanted . So he swapped his . We wired up and converted the LS1 wiring loom to suit the E30, wired up the thermo fan up front, fuel pumps in the back and ecu, and new fuse/relay box inside.
Made a frame and mounted a fuel cell and surge tank in the boot, got all new braided fuel lines made up to suit, mounted the fuel regulator in the engine bay with heat sleeve on the lines.
Mounted a brake bias valve next to the shifter and made all new lines to some an3 bulkhead fittings on the firewall.

Young Ben bought his in to swap out the spaghetti headers for some 4-2-1 headers, little bit of welding up a new fl**ge onto the headers and make a new B pipe to the existing 2.5" stainless exhaust.
Also removed the old eg dash and little bit of cutting and welding to get the dash and center console swapped in, wired up and brackets made to fit.
