Ducati Panigale 1199 R in for a Major Service + re assemble after the customer striped most of the bike to clean it. The bike had been sitting for a long time and had built up a thick layer of dirt.

Panigale V2 in for a front ABS Delete just before a trackday and is now a dedicated track bike. Customer has ordered suspension, race fairings and a large list of aftermarket parts to complete the Build!

A bit of carnage has been coming through of late.

Scrambler with a failed belt roller because the timing belts were fit bow string tight (big Ducati Dealership), Chain about to fall off, rear brake pads almost metal to metal and steering head bearings only able to go straight.

Desert X for a major service due to it running rough, after checking valve clearances , all of the intake valves were out of spec, opening valves were riding on the camshaft’s and opening had excessive clearance (.50). Customer also wanted to install the standard springs in the bike after having lowering springs in it. But after removing the springs the fork oil was like thick glue due to water contamination.

The exhaust cams were mainly in spec , the reason the intake cams are out is most likely due to dirt into the airbox / motor.

Ducati V4 s had worn shock linkage due to it being dry and no grease, causing the bushes to wear also a squeaky noise every time the shock moved.
