We would like to update all our customers with what is going on with the affects that Covid has had on our small Australian manufacturing business. Due to staff limitations and lack of raw material supplies, orders are taking longer than usual. We have had to take up were the supporting business can no longer help which means more work load. We, like most businesses, are trying our best to keep up and at the same time restructure to accommodate the situation. We would like to thank all our customers for their patience. I would also like to take this time to say that due to staff limitations we have had to have family members come in to assist us in answering the phones but due to very rude and irate customers this will no longer be happening. The phones will be diverted to a mobile when I'm having to work out in the factory. (For those of you that don't know Dragway is a small operation, small as in the two of us). I will get back to everyone at the earliest convenience. We would also like to thank everyone for their ongoing support.
