📝 The Role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office. Your role will include:
• Overseeing administrative and clerical duties
• Managing customer service and front desk operations
• Scheduling jobs and managing workflow coordination
• Bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
• Supporting the management team with reporting and compliance
• Handling inventory orders and supplier communications

• Previous experience in office administration or management (automotive or trade environment a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn new accounting software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

We are looking for a Qualified Mechanic to join our growing team at Star Tyrepower Kingaroy. Or you can be someone with great mechanical skills and knowledge but no qualification. The work required is the normal full range of mechanical duties. We are also the ARB stockist for the South Burnett and fitting of 4WD Accessories and custom fit outs for customers four wheel drives is another exciting part of the position.

It is a 8 to 5, 5 day a week position with some Saturdays on a rotation basis with the other Mechanics.

WE ARE OPEN DURING THE ROADWORKS.
ACCESS TO OUR DRIVEWAYS IS OPEN.
Roadworks are happening in front of our business for the next 10 weeks. We do still have full access for all cars and trucks to our business in the usual manner. Fantastic deals on tyres, wheels and 4WD Accessories during these roadworks, so come in.

Haly Street is now a one way street headed from Kingaroy St to Youngman St. There is currently no ability to turn into Haly St from Youngman St. You need to access our business from the Kingaroy St end of Haly Street.

Sorry for any inconvenience, and hopefully the council get these works done quickly.
