SERVICE & SPARE PARTS INTERPRETER

🕒 Full-Time (including some Saturdays)
GKs Kingaroy is seeking a motivated and reliable Service & Parts Interpreter to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment within the caravan and RV industry.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts and accessories for caravans. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and source caravan parts and accessories.
Assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
Liaise with the service team to ensure timely parts availability.
Process orders, invoices, and stock control.
Maintain organised parts inventory and displays.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in parts interpreting (automotive, RV, or similar preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good computer and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, can-do attitude.
