An Evo V and a C5 Corvette in the same room on a Tuesday. 🔧

This is what the floor looks like most days at Keysborough. A 25 year old JDM icon with the indicators lit next to an LS-powered American V8 on black five-spokes and a splitter, plus whatever's up on the hoist behind them. We started in 2019 doing custom lighting and turned into a full custom shop: ambient lighting, custom head and tail lights, body kits, exhausts, suspension, caliper resprays, dash cams and Ghost immobilisers. Everything under one roof, so you're not chasing three shops and three excuses when something doesn't line up.

Half a day of work for the way it sits in the last frame. 🔧

Car goes up on the hoist, wheels come off, and the whole strut assembly gets unbolted and pulled out. Factory spring comes off on the bench, H&R spring goes on, everything gets torqued back up and reinstalled. Four corners, one at a time.

Then it rolls out the front and looks like a different vehicle. No arch gap, wheels sitting flush under the guards, the whole car finally matching how much it costs.

Springs are the single biggest change you can make to how a car looks standing still. This is what it actually takes to get there.

This is what it takes to drop an X5 M. 🔧

Whole strut assembly has to come out of the car. Suspension unbolted, strut dropped, then it goes on the bench where the spring gets compressed and the factory coil comes off. H&R springs go on in its place, everything gets reassembled and torqued, then the whole lot goes back in.

Four corners, same process each time. Half a day of work for a change that makes the car look completely different sitting still.
The blue coil is the actual part doing the job. Everything else is the labour nobody sees in the after shot.

Testing the Ghost II on this Stinger. It won't start until the PIN goes in. 👻

Here's the test: get in with the key, press start, and nothing happens. Engine turns over, goes nowhere. Enter the PIN sequence using buttons already in the car and it fires straight up. That's the whole point. Someone can clone your key, relay your fob, or sit in the driver's seat holding it, and the car still won't move.

No LED, no fob, no extra box under the dash for anyone to find and rip out. It talks to the car over the CAN bus, so there's nothing to see and no signal to intercept.

The Stinger GT is on the theft list in Australia for a reason. Worth protecting.

4K front and rear dash cam, fully hardwired.🎥

Most people find out their word alone isn't enough about a week after the crash. Front and rear 4K means you catch the plate that ran the red and the one that went into the back of you at the lights. Hardwired means no cable dangling off your mirror, nothing in the 12V socket, and parking mode still recording while the car sits in a Chaddy carpark. Dash cam supply and install in Melbourne.

Most interior lighting jobs fail for the same reason: one strip does its own thing while the rest sit dead. This one runs footwells, dash, centre console and door cards off a single controller, so the whole cabin moves together. Wiring sits behind the factory trim, so from the driver's seat you see light, not loom. Ambient lighting installs in Melbourne, done in-house at Keysborough.

Ghost II Immobiliser installed. No keys, no fobs, no signals to intercept. 👻

Car theft in Melbourne has changed. It's silent keyless theft now, relay attacks and key cloning that start your car in under 30 seconds. Hilux, LandCruiser, RAV4 and Ranger are top targets in Victoria, and a supercar in the driveway is a target no matter what's on the gate. Ghost II runs off the CAN bus with no LED and nothing under the dash to find. The engine stays dead until your PIN sequence goes in through buttons already in the car.

This is what proper ambient lighting gets you: door cards, dash, console and footwells all shifting together instead of one lonely footwell strip glowing while the rest of the cabin sits black. Front lip on. Gaps even on both sides. 🔧

A lip kit is only as good as the fitment. Most cheap installs sit crooked, gap on one side, and start rattling on the first speed hump. This i30 Sedan N got test fitted, aligned and mounted properly before anything was locked down. Body kit installs in Melbourne for Hyundai N, Honda, Audi, VW, Subaru and Tesla, lips, splitters, side skirts and diffusers.

POV: you just slammed your car. Every driveway is now a threat. 😬

Black X5 M on H&R lowering springs front and rear, with spacers front and rear to push the wheels out to the guards. That's the whole recipe. Half a day in the shop and the car looks like a different vehicle. No arch gap, no factory SUV stance, wheels sitting flush under those guards where they should have been from the start.
Springs are the cheapest way to fix how a car sits. Spacers are what make it look intentional instead of just low.
