"Mate, f**k me! What a difference that is compared to the temu tune i had before.
It drives how I was expecting it should after an engine and trans tune not like whatever they did to it" 💬

Long story short, Aaron was unhappy with the tuning another business did on his Ranger on the other side of Aus... so we shipped him our remote tuner, and he had it flashed back to standard by the other mob... then drove down the road, pulled over, with Michael over here in Perth working away on his files to get him going again. 🖤

Aaron has our Stage 2 turbocharger with intake pipe, Safari snorkel, an upgraded intercooler with pipes, and our remote tunes - both for the transmission and engine - which has completed his touring rig for his travels. 🍻

🔎👨🏻‍🔧We had Steve's car in this week for a logbook service and diagnostic of boost cuts whilst underload.
After studying the data with Michael, our mechanic Stephan was sure that there was an airflow issue caused by one of the hoses... so he strapped his GoPro inside the bonnet and away he went. Awesome findings! 🎥🔧

We operate by understanding the data first - we don't guess, we don't throw parts at your vehicle at your expense.

Another World First with Ford diesel from HOA - Map switching for the Ford Ranger SUPERDUTY V6 diesel. 💪🏼🔥

Paired together with a High Performance Diesel intercooler kit which is a tuning prerequisite on the V6 diesel engine platform for us. The aim was simple, this car needs to work extremely hard, harder than any normal ranger or everest will, but it has the same V6 diesel engine in our development Wildtrak that is making 65rwhp over stock currently so the power is there, but how to unlock it without the reliability concerns whilst towing?

The need for this development was obvious. Tow/Daily mode for keeping it sensible, aimed at not increasing heat and EGT temps over the standard calibration down low where the vehicle will be towing and gaining back the missing horsepower (and then some!) everyone knows was removed from the Superduty compared to the Ranger. Then, with the flick of a button, live whilst the engine is running it can enter Power mode and its ready to fire up for those unladen moments you want to really enjoy the power of the diesel V6 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We love these things!

Up the mighty PK! 🙌🏼

Today we are featuring James’ 3l PK Ranger! He does the mechanical work on his car himself, including a new cylinder head! Hes got an upgraded intercooler, a 3in exhaust, and our RHV5 turbocharger upgrade & fitting kit 👨‍🔧 This turbo has taken a lot of r&d to get to this stage (James we appreciate your patience in the wait) and clearly the results are insane from the dyno 🔥📈

This turbo makes WAY more power than the original unit by flowing a heap more air, a heap more out of the exhaust side and all while not sending charge air temps through the roof. 🥇

When James picked up his car and saw the dyno sheet he was shocked to say the least👌🏼😮
