Rear ended but not slowed down.

This Lexus came to us after an accident where our customer was not at fault. Since both drivers were insured, he was entitled to a replacement vehicle for the entire repair period, meaning life continued as normal while we handled everything behind the scenes.

Some critical parts had to be sourced from Japan, which meant a wait of nearly two months, followed by two weeks of precise repair work. The result was a seamless restoration back to pre-accident condition with zero stress for the owner.

This Land Rover came to us with a RAC insurance claim, and it’s a good reminder of something many drivers don’t realise: you don’t always have to use the repairer your insurer suggests.
If your policy includes choice of repairer, you get to decide who works on your car. That means you can choose a workshop you trust, ask questions, and feel confident about the quality of the repair instead of just being sent to a shop in which you don't have any trust.
