With the depressing winter weather and light coming in, we have had our first free light check for the season.

If you receive one of these cards, please come in for a free lighting check. If it's as simple as a globe, we will change it for you free of charge.

Nothing worse than a car with one headlight out and the other so dim that a candle would outshine it.

G'day guys,

We've been a bit quiet on the socials lately due to being flat out! But we reckon you may enjoy this little doozy.

Customer took their car to a vehicle detailer to get a bit of an interior refresh.

Customer then received a phone call from detailer stating the car will no longer start and there was smoke coming from the "steering wheel area".

So we went out to have a look and found the car was in theft detection mode. We got the vehicle towed to our yard and upon further inspection found a heap of moisture up behind the dash, and a burning smell near the steering wheel. And to our surprise the key reader has gotten hot, shorted out, fried the immobilizer and cooked a portion of the Body Control Module.

A bloody expensive fix that could of easily been avoided.

So ask your detailers to take care around your car. Using pressure washers, steamers and wet vacs leads to a great job, but your poor electrics won't like the after effects.

Stu came in with a 2500 Ram with factory LED headlights. These headlights are notorious for being absolutely useless and dangerous on our country roads. So we installed 2 X LED low beam light bars. Fully road legal and angled to resemble a proper low beam pattern.

And just to make sure the high beams can keep up, we installed a set of spotties for those night drives. Happy driving Stu🤙
