Couple jobs on the Hercus ,cutting a thread up to a shoulder can be tricky so I used my old school tool post to invert the tip and cut in reverse away from the shoulder .I also made some tooling to cope the tubing on our dirt kart chassis build which I have done by hand forever .

YZee 65 swingarm extensions fitted for young gun Hudo Wilson ,these weld ins are quality but all welded on brackets must be shifted rearward as well to maintain original starting position.

More bodywork on the go , EH door and a Ford Galaxy guard which had a lot of damage and rust .The tiny heat marks inside the guard are from shrinking using the tig which can produce subtle results .

Finally got round to starting our new outlaw build for SG , its a new Lightning chassis that we are tig welding ,motor is yz 250 2stroke from GE Racetune with a DEP pipe and muffler combo.
