Ford Ranger 10R80 Transmission Service.

The transmission on this ford ranger was due for a service, this maintenance item was picked up by us the week prior when we had the vehicle in for a service.

The transmission service was carried out using genuine parts & genuine Ford ULV (Ultra Low Viscosity) transmission fluid.

The oil level was checked & set at the correct fluid temperature & this thing is shifting smooth as.

Is your vehicle shifting poorly? Harsh? Slow? Clunky?.

VDJ200 in for some pre tuning maintenance copping a quality service on the engine and transmission using Castrol & Ryco products

The guys at are going to retune it to sort the torque converter lock up issue.

This thing will be returning soon to for some TLC on the brakes

Its also getting a face lift with some new wheels & tyres from my friends

Mercedes A250 AMG

This AMG was in for some repairs, the front brake warning light was illuminated which got sorted by installing some quality ATE pads & drilled rotors.

The tyres were also looking worse for wear, so 2 new continentals were installed.

After the steering & stopping was sorted we were onto the shifting, giving the 7 speed dual wet clutch gearbox a service with some fully synthetic liquimoly gear oil.

Mercedes Benz ML320 Adblu fault

This Mercedes ML320 was displaying a check engine light & also an Adblu warning with a restricted start message in 600Kms.

If this problem was not resolved in that amount of driving then the vehicle would inhibit starting.

We checked the Adblu level & some other data via the scan tool, after taking these checks the Adblu injector was removed which showed crystallised Adblu around the injector nozzle & exhaust port.

The system wasn't able operate correctly which caused increased Nox emissions which was picked up via the Nox sensor.
