This BMW 320I was towed in after it would not start one day, after scanning it we found the DME (ECU) had no communication, some diagnosing lead us to find the DME soaked in a few inches of water.

After trying to go down the second hand route it was decided to grab a new genuine DME from Germany.

Whilst we waited for this, we also replaced the rear differential as it had a noisy bearing, a new genuine BMW diff was supplied and fitted.

The fuel injectors were also removed and serviced during this time.

When the DME arrived, it was coded & taken outside where we could run water around the DME box, finding that the drainage was poor & blocked of leaves and grime after many years.

This BMW is now back on the road 🙌

Mercedes C43 AMG back in for another service & front brake replacement as we noted last time the brakes would likely be due this service.

After carrying out the service using the correct spec oil & quality filters, we replaced the front brake pads & rotors with Brembo components.

We then flushed the brake fluid to make sure it was all in top notch!

VE SS Wagon with a snapped tail shaft & it wasnt doing burnouts!

This vehicle was towed in after the tail shaft randomly snapped at the universal joint

We managed to locate a good genuine second hand shaft, have it balanced and back in the car.

We also had to replace the hand brake cable which had been snapped as a part of the failure!

This Mercedes C250 was referred to us by another customer, which we greatly appreciate.

The job was to give it a service & check out the shuddering issue that the vehicle was suffering.

The customer was concerned about a potential torque converter problem which is apart of the gearbox.

Upon the test drive it felt like a misfiring issue.

No transmission complaint can be diagnosed without the engine running 100%

We located the problem at the very over due spark plugs, these now gapped at 1.4mm and the spec is .8mm, they are the original spark plugs & very over due.

Replacing the plugs & coils sorted out all of the drivability concerns.
