Another Navara D22 YD25 in today for one of our inhouse dyno tunes. torque increased 170NM!! from 221nm to 388nm, giving an increase of 76%!! power also increased 68%!! leaving with 153BHP, stock vehicle with an exhaust and intercooler upgrade. totally transformed how she drove! Another prefacelift D40 in today for one of our in house dyno tunes. the pre run showed an issue with the injectors over fuelling, so after being treated to some new injectors she was happy and ready to go.
Tuned to 28 psi, she got some healthy gains in both torque and power. Torque increased 148nm from 303nm to 450nm which was 49%! power recweived a 30% increase climbing from 117bhp to over 150bhp. whilst keeping very safe AFRs, customer was wrapped with the results!

A ZD30 Di patrol in for tune today. these always need waking up! completely stock vehicle, we tune to around 20-22psi. she gained 116nm of torque, climbing from 310nm to 426nm which was a 37% increase. power also gained 20% increasing from 118 to 142bhp. customer didnt want to push her too hard, still completely transformed how she drove and he was extremely happy.

customer bought their D40 back to us for his 1000km service after a full engine rebuild, turbo, injectors etc. after the service he was straight onto the rollers for one of our in house dyno tunes.
He gained 130NM, increasing from 317nm to 447nm, which was Torque gains of 0ver 40%! the power increased from 125bhp to over 170bhp, which was gains of nearly 40% too!
those gains while still maintaining really safe AFRs and not pushing the engine to failure, at the end of the day, the engines still under our engine warranty!

A nissan navara d22 yd25 in for some attention, once the injectors and SCV were sorted, she ran nice and healthy, after working our magic with one of our inhouse custom dyno tunes, she gained 107NM!, increasing from 236nm to nearly 350nm! power went up from 99bhp to nearly 150bhp! which was gains of 50%. totally different vehicle to drive and he was giggling all the way! absolute pleasure to meet you ducky!

2019 Mitsubishi MR Triton in today for a timing chain kit. Fairly big job on these, having to remove the rocker cover, sump, diff, steering rack and lift the motor.
Owner was extremely lucky, the steel chain guide had snapped off all the mounting points and wrapped round the sprocket, with out skipping or snapping the chain! Had also cut through the front timing cover.
Full new chain kit, service, injector seals and rocker cover seals and she's good as new.

A Navara D40 140KW in for Tuning today, She responded really well to the alterations made to her.
she gained 55bhp, increasing from 140rwhp to just under 200! with was an improvement of 40%!
Torque increased from 402nm to 574! gains of 170NM which was an increase of 43%!!

A 2024 Toyota Landcruiser VDJ79 in for some attention on the rollers today. with a NPC 1600nm clutch upgrade and a outback exhausts 3 inch DPF back exhaust fitted, still retaining the factory DPF system. she gained 55% in power, going from 132BHP to 202BHP. the torque increased 230nm, going from 326nm to 555nm, which was 70% gains! all while maintaining really safe AFR's and boost levels as the customer constantly tows machinery for work.

A D22 YD25 in today for some fun on the dyno. customer has already fitted a full exhaust system and a large top mount intercooler, probably a little too big as it created a little lag in the spool up, but the results were still great.
power increased from 101BHP to 170BHP! just under a 70% increase! torque also increased from 183nm to 411nm, gains of 228nm!! 125%!! we LOVE tuning D22s as they always respond so well!

2018 4M41 Mitsubishi NX Pajero in today for a proper OFF VEHICLE carbon clean, its the only way to do it correctly, intake cleans in a can and back of a van can be a good preventive once this has been done, but they don't clear blocked intakes like this. we've had plenty come in over the years that have apparently been "intake cleaned" and they really shouldn't have bothered.
ran a lot smoother afterwards. next one that comes in we will try and remember to do a before and after run on the dyno too.
