Top reasons for aircon working but not being ICE Cold.
1. Low on gas ( due to minor leaks )
2. Compressor Solenoid
3. Bad condenser
4.Stuck blend door actuator
5.Faulty Radiator fan.
Best way to tackle it....
1. Get your AC fully serviced ( all the O rings, valves and receiver dryer replaced ) can cost a bit though.
2 . Get professional to check the pressure and do performance test to see what the problem is.
2. Get leak test done, if leaks are not apparent get Regas with DYE to help find leak down the track.
3. Get it looked over in couple of weeks to see if everything is good.
Ideally, Aircon needs to be fully serviced every year but most cars get away with it for up to 10 years.
REASONS FOR AIRCON TO NOT WORK AT ALL
1. Bad compressor ( get it checked )
2. Busted lines, joints or condenser.
3. Blocked TX Valve
4. Electronic issues, sensors or buttons.
5. Broken wires
