Next up we have Todd.
Todd has been with the pharmacy since 2011, completing his internship with Bob as his preceptor. These days Todd manages the pharmacy to allow Bob to step back a little and enjoy more time at home. Todd loves being apart of the family business and is grateful to be able to continue to service so many wonderful customers that have been loyal to the pharmacy for so long.
Todd enjoys coming to work and having a laugh with the staff and customers, and looks forward to helping the Ipswich community with their pharmaceutical needs for years to come.

Over the next few weeks we will be doing a bit of a profile on our staff.
We start with our part owner and founder of the pharmacy Bob. Bob started the pharmacy way back in 1979 and has always remained fiercely loyal to the Ipswich mall, now Nicholas Street Precinct. Bob has been helping Ipswich locals with their pharmaceutical needs for decades and has customers that come long distances just to see him and get his advice. He starts his work day at 6am to ensure that the shop runs as smoothly as possible, and although he has cut back his hours, he still has a great deal of passion for the industry and goes out of his way to help people. Thank you for all that you do Bob!

All set for opening on Monday, office won’t be quite ready but we will have a temporary setup in the meantime.

We now have phones back and taking bookings for next week. A big thank you to everyone who has helped so far, the support is much appreciated. I’d also like to thank Ipswich City Council for the fantastic job they have been doing with the clean up, their support has helped a lot.

Another big day of cleaning today but the workshop is nearly back to its former glory. We will hopefully have access to the phone system sometime tomorrow and hoping to have all the hoist working by the weekend. Hoping to be open for business Monday but I’ll keep everyone posted.

We are closed until further notice, the workshop is currently underwater but we will be back in as soon as the water subsides and hopefully back in action soon.

Thank you to everyone for the offers of help and support over the last couple of days. So far the workshop is fine but it was a close call at high tide this morning. Power has been shut off so we won’t have any access to phones or the work computer but we are contactable through Facebook. Hopefully back in action sometime this week but Monday we will be unable to perform any servicing or repairs.
