JAC HAULAGE is a locally owned and operated business and are looking for a motivated, reliable, organised and experienced interstate truck driver to join our expanding team.
About the Role:
• Carrying refrigerated palletised freight
• Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
• Completing relevant safety documentation and delivery paperwork
• Interacting with clients in a professional manner
• Working closely with Depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
• Completing essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklists
Candidates must have:
• MC driver required to do interstate B-Double linehaul
• Be reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Provide a current traffic print out
• Be well presented, professional and reliable
• Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment
• an understanding of fatigue management
• knowledge of load restraints
Please note, nights away is an essential criteria of this position, however working away allowances will be paid accordingly
