Video Editor Needed!!!

Josh Jones, our amazing photographer and videographer, got some amazing footage from both within and from outside of the Khanacross vehicles yesterday.

Looking for someone who can edit them all together into TWO great movies...

First, with ALL the (appropriate) footage that we can then post to our YouTube Channel...

Secondly, a short 30 second video (or two or six) that can be used to promote Khanacross at Illabo Motorsport Park next year (primary audience for the promo(s) will be high school student... but we watch broad appeal as well)

We can supply logos etc to include in both videos

Planes, Trains and Automobiles - Gasworks Car Club Run
December 7, 2025 -- gathering at 8:15am for 8:30 departure

The Gasworks Motorsport Car Club Run is open to members, guests and visitors. You are welcome to drive a vehicle on historic plates as part a designated club run, or even your regular daily car. If you’d like to join us as a passenger, let us know and we’ll do our best to match you with a driver.

ITINERARY
1. Meet at Car Park in front of Junee Ex-Services Memorial Club Bowling Greens (opposite Junee Bakery)
Gather by 8:15am for 8:30am departure

2. Pete’s Hobby Railway, Junee — Drive by to see static display of Steam Locomotive & Replica Station Building

3. Wagga Wagga Heritage Rail Museum Tour, includes Morning Tea

4. Willans Hill Miniature Railway to ride on miniature train

5. Ladysmith Tourist Railway, includes BBQ Lunch and Trike Rides

6. RAAF Base Wagga Heritage Centre

7. Return to Junee (arriving approx 4:30/5:00pm)

NOTE: Enclosed shoes MUST be worn for the train and trike rides

COST: $60 per person INCLUDES all entry fees, rides, morning tea and BBQ Lunch

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL and must be paid before 5pm December 1, 2025 to allow for catering and ride reservations.

Volunteer Photographers Wanted

Gasworks Motorsport Inc are looking for Volunteer Photographers to capture our Vintage Speedway and Kart Events at Illabo Motorsport Park -- our next event is THIS SATURDAY (October 18, 2025) AND/OR Saturday, October 25, 2025 for our Khanacross event).

~ MUST BE AGED 16, or above
~ Enclosed footwear must be worn
~ Safety Vest will be supplied and must be worn
~ Must attend the Volunteer Briefing at beginning of event (9:30am) AND a seperate Photographer Safety Briefing
~ Camera equipment can be supplied OR you can use your own.
~ Lunch will supplied at event
~ For insurance purposes, volunteers will be required to financial members of Gasworks Motorsport Inc and can be arranged on the day (see https://www.gw.org.au/membership/ for details)
