Starting his apprenticeship in 2019 and signing off in 2022, Kushal quickly expanded his expertise across Mercedes-Benz transmissions, field service, and complex diagnostics. Today, as Foreman of the Fuso Workshop, he leads from the front—supporting technicians, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring quality outcomes for every customer.
What sets Kushal apart is his mindset: a willingness to take on challenges, continuously learn, and support those around him. From coordinating daily workshop operations to helping diagnose complex faults, his role plays a critical part in keeping customers on the road.
His advice to future apprentices? “Give everything a go and don’t shy away from a challenge.”
