🔧 We’re all set up for the Western Victorian Careers Expo! 🚛

Wilson Bolton will be attending the 2026 Western Victorian Careers Expo next Tuesday, 23 June, at the Wimmera Events Centre, Longerenong.

The Expo is country Victoria’s largest careers event and brings together students, parents, teachers, job seekers, training providers and local employers for a hands-on day of career exploration. It has been connecting people with career pathways since 1986, with more than 2,000 attendees expected each year.

This year, we’re bringing something practical for the students — a fault-finding competition based around a truck tail light circuit. Students will need to test, diagnose and find the issue, just like they would in the real world.

There’ll be prizes up for grabs, so make sure you come and have a crack. 🏆

It’s a great chance to get hands-on, ask questions, and learn about where a career in the heavy and light vehicle industry can take you.

Delivery day for MJ Haulage 🚛💪🏼

A big congratulations to Mitch from MJ Haulage on taking delivery of his new Mercedes-Benz 2658 Actros.

This truck has been fitted out with all the fruit, but the real showstopper is the tipper and 4-axle dog setup built by Chris’s Body Builders. It is one hell of a combination — and honestly, the photos just don’t do it justice.

A serious bit of gear built for serious work, and it’s great to see it all come together.

Thanks again Mitch for trusting us with the build. Can’t wait to see this setup out on the road earning its keep.

From Marketing Manager to Brewery Owner 🍻

At Wilson Bolton, we love seeing people chase their dreams, and today we’re incredibly proud to celebrate one of our own.

After years of helping tell the Wilson Bolton story, our former Marketing Manager Danny along side his beautiful wife Sam has taken the leap and turned a long-held passion into reality with the opening of Rightbank Brewing Society in Horsham with the new taproom opening, and judging by the crowds packed through the doors, it’s clear the community has embraced the vision in a big way.

Starting a business is never easy, but seeing the hard work, commitment and belief come together in such a successful launch is something special.

Congratulations on creating an amazing new destination for Horsham and the Wimmera. We wish you nothing but success for the journey ahead and can’t wait to see what comes next!

The boys have done it again!

A huge congratulations to Drew Carmody (Parts Manager) and Tim Schumann ( Service Manager), who have gone back-to-back, taking out the Mitsubishi Diamond Aftersales Award for VIC/TAS in both 2025 and 2026.

These boys mean business, and this incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication and customer focus shown by our entire aftersales team.

Of course, no night would be complete without a special moment with MC Peter Rowsthorn. Seeing Drew give him a cuddle to reignite his love for Kath & Kim was absolutely par for the course and certainly provided plenty of laughs!
