As of 2017, Insurance Australia Group and many other insurances have changed policies to make consumers pay for their right to select their repairer. This option costs $100 BUT ensures YOUR right to have YOUR car repaired where YOU want.

Please all look at your current or future policies to ensure YOU have YOUR choice of repairer or your car will be taken to their choice of repairer.
