Finished up Tom's 0no.1me wild K24 powered EK civic last week which came in for an extensive list of jobs to complete in order for it to be ready for Honda Nationals on October 16th

-3" custom exhaust using Vibrant Performance Australia ultra quiet resonator to keep the noise levels down on the K

-Nexus plug and play install with expansion loom for all the engine vitals and flex fuel monitoring Haltech

-Stripped rocker cover, inlet manifold and super charger and coated in High temp CERAKOTE®
-One of our generic Catch Cans (available for order on the site)

-4" intake with hd clamp

-water methanol injection kit by AEM Electronics

-hidden astra power steering pump

-repaired rear diffuser to get that new exhaust framed

Wrapped up Joseph Caspersz K24 swapped MX5 fabrication work this week. Lots of work completed and a big photo dump.
-Custom exhaust manifold
-3" exhaust above rails with hand polished rear section
-Modified turbo housing and no holes ally cooler piping
-Shaved rocker cover to delete wiring clips and to clear the strut brace, an-10 fittings added to the rocker cover and factory breather deleted
-Internal baffles remade to suit new breather ports
-Modified radiator to an-16 Speedflow crimped hoses
-Custom catch can, overflow bottle combo
-Bronze Cerakote for all hot side items

Proud of this package, all completed in house, now for Joseph Caspersz to complete the engine build and get it wired up so we can finally hear it!

Part 3 of s13 Silvia build.
Custom overflow bottle tucked away on the rail due to lack of space on the tubs, along with a large capacity triple baffled vent to atmosphere catch can.

Finished up build this week. Fair bit of work on this one so ill break it up into 3 posts.
Works completed
-new tube frame front end with quick release rad support
-in bay cooler/radiator setup
-modified td06 with a cast 90deg
-full ducting package for all coolers
-radiator over flow tank
-large capacity baffles catch can
-hang all widebody and modify the guards to fit.
-high clearance 3" exhaust (featured in part 2)
-fit dmax kit
-fab crash bar
-modify bride seat rails for max low

Car is now off for tear down and paint, can't wait to hear this one on track with that td06 screaming.

Got the chance to get ISF back in this week to finish off his exhaust. Previously we completed a diff back muffler delete. Nick installed a set of headers before bringing it back for the Z pipe to be fitted, along with a custom barrel muffler. Now for it to be tuned to really allow it to sing.
