That’s a wrap for Stoich work in Tassie for this year, just under 50 tunes and 4 engine conversions done! And what feels like 100 exhaust systems 😂Thanks to all my past and future customers, hopefully we can have the same success in Townsville 🤞

Gday all, another job from a few weeks ago

-emission fix and tune from 255-300hp on this 6hk1 and another pleased customer

The business and I will be going on an 18 month working holiday around Townsville from March onward so if you’re on the fence about getting a tune done now is the time!

Turbo and pump fitted to clients 105 series a few weeks ago

-A year ago we rebuilt this 1hz, after the compression test came back with a nice strong 500-550psi across all 6 the customer was keen to proceed with turboing the engine.

-Customer supplied new mamba turbo, new tillix manifold, 3” exhaust, redarc egt/coolant/boost guage and Hassard Industries 10mm boost comp pump.

Fitted all components, timed pump wired in guage and tuned vehicle to suit. Great outcome and nice reliable setup.

N80 we had in this week for the works!

-2” bilstein lift with upper arms and diff drop

-rear airbags and air compressor fitted plumbed up and wired in with wireless remote

- dual battery system fitted with tray under bonnet, dcdc charger wired up to rear canopy with solar

-spot lights with incab controller

-full 3” ppd exhaust system

-stage 2 tow tune and hard cut limiter.

A bigger job we’d been working on in the background was completed recently, 2 cars drove in and one car left.

-A rolled hdj100 was bought into the workshop, removed all parts required for fte swap and loaded back on the trailer

-Hzj80 was fitted with the fte recently removed, but first fitting sump and engine mounts and all other small parts required. Brand new conversion loom fitted keeping all dash functions working as normal, along with fte ecu and unichip mounted in behind glovebox. 80 series h151 fitted to suit fte clutch, 100 series throttle pedal adapted to 80 series, boost set to suit 250hp unichip tune and hardcut limiter.

Also upgraded rear hubs to 10mm cap headed bolts and 4x 10mm dowels to handle the Increased load.

Td42 Gu Ute in for some upgrades this week 💨

-supplied and fitted 230hp p4x4 11mm pump and injectors from Hassard Industries

-timing set to .74 with dial guage, tuned to 180hp and 22psi as is an unopened td42+t.
