Our workshop is closing over Christmas for the team to take a well-earned break, soak up some sunshine and enjoy the holidays. We will be open again on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.

It’s been a busy year and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support. We look forward to seeing you all again in the new year!

We’re excited to announce that we have been selected as a Finalist in the Automotive Industry Awards, in the Best Small Business – Tasmania category! 🚗🚕🚙
This is the first time we have entered the awards and we are so pleased to have been recognised and shortlisted from across the state. It’s a credit to our amazing small team and all of their hard work, our wonderful suppliers and of course all of our loyal customers who have supported us.
Thank you for being a part of this achievement and we’ll keep you posted as the final results in the coming months.

The newest member of the JP team joined us a few weeks back, and he is already a team favourite. Douglas isn't too good around the tools yet, but we're hoping he will learn a few diagnostic tricks with the right training!

We know that times are tough out there for a lot of people, which may mean you need to push out your routine service. 👨‍🔧🚗
We recommend servicing your vehicle every 6 months or 10,000km, whichever comes first! Extending the timeframe of your routine service may end up costing you more. ☹📆⁉️
If you can’t make it to us on time, there are a few things to look out for to make sure your vehicle isn’t feeling the pressure as well.
-Engine oil level🧡
-Coolant level 🌡
-Tyre pressures 🛞
-Are all your lights operating? 💡

We will be taking a few weeks off over Christmas to take a well-earned break and will be closing the workshop on the 24 December and will be back open again on the 10 January 2022. Rats looking for a quick bite to eat and shelter from the cold are creating headaches for car owners. Left unattended the problem can be costly, but some people are finding ingenious ways to keep the rodents at bay.
