Went back to the shop this week.
Got the all clear from the doctors. Still having some pain on the sternum, to be expected for some time until the healing is complete. Walking most days from the shop to home. Doing more now without getting worn out.

8 weeks out of my bypass operation and now it appears that the old ticker has decided to have a go slow rest. Heading for more tests to see why. Off to the surgeon next week for an update on the operation, hopefully will get the all clear
Still need to do my walking and other exercises.

Another week done been walking for about 30 minutes each day. Feeling good. Another doctors visit next week to check on my recovery progress.

Here we are another week done. I had a Iron Infusion on Friday, no real side effects. I am not as tired this weekend. Glad the rain has eased I should be able to do some more walking. Walked a Kilometre on Sunday, felt good. Getting through a full nights sleep petty much pain free. Still not allowed to go to work.

Just a weekly update
Feeling like I could return to work, but the boss says NO.
Walking feels better, walked up to the shop on Sunday about 1km. Felt a bit worn o I t afterwards. Starting to sleep longer without pain not waking every hour.

Hi all
Just an update on my recovery. Starting week 5 out of surgery. Been feeling really good, still having trouble sleeping more than 2hrs at a time. Started my recovery exercise program last week. Now walking for 15 - 20 minutes a day, weather permitting.

🕺💃🕺💃UPDATE🕺💃🕺💃

It is with great news that we can let you all know that Gordon is now back at home where he belongs.

He still has a way to go but we at least have him here.

Please continue to work with us, as we negotiate doctors and recovery appointments, we will try to keep you all updated if Janette needs to be closed for the day.

Thank you all for everything and to those that have kept mum positive through this.
