Congratulations to Ben on officially completing his apprenticeship as a Vehicle Painter!

Ben joined Rentco in 2022 as a Trade Assistant before being offered the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship as a Spray Painter. After plenty of hard work and learning along the way, Ben was officially signed off in July and is now a qualified Vehicle Painter.

It’s great to see our people develop their skills and build their careers within Rentco.

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Sullivan as Rentco’s new Head of People & Culture, who joined the business on 12 August 2026.

Nicole brings extensive senior People & Culture leadership experience across the logistics and supply chain sector, including roles with Silk Contract Logistics, Polar Fresh Cold Chain Services and Americold.

Throughout her career, Nicole has led People and Culture functions in complex operational environments, with experience spanning people leadership, talent strategy, workforce planning, learning and development, performance, employee relations and HR operations.

In her role as Head of People & Culture, Nicole will lead Rentco’s people strategy, partnering with leaders across the business to strengthen engagement, build organisational capability and support our continued growth.

A few weeks ago, Rentco’s National Equipment Manager, Ross Cunningham, proudly displayed his 1985 Kenworth at the “Kelpies for Kids” event at the Claremont Showgrounds in Perth WA.

“Kelpies for Kids” is a heartwarming Western Australian charity initiative that pairs young working-dog kelpies with regional children undergoing serious medical treatment away from home. The program works alongside Perth Children’s Hospital and other organisations to support children and their families during challenging times whist staying in the city from the outlying regional areas.
