BUSY BEE UPDATE

This weekend’s WestOz Busy Bee has been CANCELLED as it falls on Father’s Day – Sunday 6 September.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to spend the day with family and celebrate all the amazing dads, stepdads and father figures in our lives.

9:00AM – 1:00PM

Bring your muscle, energy, skills and good humour!

Every helping hand makes a difference, and the more members we have there, the more we can achieve around our track.

On behalf of WestOz 1/4 Scale Speedway committee and members.

Condolences to the Hill family and friends. Mark was well known in the Perth R/C truck community and a regular spectator at our venue for more than 15 years. Sometimes only once a season, sometimes more he and his mate Jeff would turn up to spectate and grab a feed from our canteen. He always came and had a chat and asked about our club and how it was going. I offered him a drive many times after racing finished but couldn’t get him to have a go, “ They are to quick for me, I’ll stick to my trucks” he’d say. Our club even received a mention at his service. For those that met him he will be missed, RIP Mark Hill
