Thank you everyone that has entered already for this weekend - entries are open until midday today if you missed out last night.

A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR THIS WEEKEND
With the Winter Carnival Final Round & 4SS City to Country “Double Direction” 2-Day Meeting, here are a few things to keep in mind.
DINNER AVAILABLE AT THE CLUB
Dinner will be available Friday and Saturday night.
Friday night's menu is Chicken Schnitty, Chicken Kiev or Fish - all served with chips and coleslaw.
Saturday night's menu will be posted soon.
🏕️ CAMPING
Camping is available at the track for just $10 per night - please pay this at the canteen.
🚗 IMPORTANT — PIT AREA PARKING
Please DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE PIT AREA! You will be asked to move if you have. With the fantastic number of racers this weekend we will need every available space within the pit area for pits, this does not include your car. Please unhitch your trailer, empty whatever you may need out of your car and move your vehicle to the fence on the right as you enter the club or along the bottom fence outside the back straight.
This no parking area includes:
➡️ Along the right hand side fence below the canteen right down towards the back barricades. So if your car has an orange or white barricade in front of it, please do not park your car there.
🛠️ CONCRETE PADS
All concrete pit pads are paid for by club members.
Please DO NOT PIT ON A CONCRETE PAD unless it is yours or the owner is not using it this weekend and you have seen Donna at the canteen to hire a vacant pad.
CONSTRUCTION SITE
We still have an active construction site, this has been taped off and we ask that no on enters this area for your own safety. There are still a number of people that ignore this and go into this site. We may have someone stationed in here to monitor this, so if you do see someone sitting in there it doesn't mean it is open to everyone to enter, they are there at our request to make sure no one enters. Parents - please explain to your children that they are not allowed within this area.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation. With a big weekend ahead, keeping the pit area organised and accessible for everyone will make things much easier for our competitors to find a pit spot.
