RPM AUTOTECH is searching for a rare and highly skilled individual to join our growing, efficient, and forward-thinking team. This is a crucial leadership role for an ambitious and fully qualified mechanic ready to take control of the workshop floor.

The Role: Workshop Foreman / Floor Controller
This is a full-time position combining hands-on mechanical expertise with critical leadership and management duties. We require an individual who not only excels in repairs but also in leading a team and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Floor Control & Efficiency: Directly manage the daily workflow, assign jobs, and ensure maximum efficiency and high turnover.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Expert Diagnostics & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to quickly and accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee all repair work to ensure the highest standards are met before vehicle release.

Hi guys and girls!!!!
So you have a diesel vehicle that gets good fuel economy even has plenty of power!!!
Current or late model diesel’s have a dpf they really are no good for school drop off sports and short driving styles.
Diesels were invented for the long haul.
Temperature is there biggest fault if you drive to dancing football training or school drop off this isn’t the car for you a small petrol engine is what you need
This is a locally driven diesel after a 100+ thousand kms with a fault that so many mechanics have over looked and the poor car is choking and can’t breath diesels are for the open roads or to work hard towing and carrying big loads.
So think about that and what you are buying and what your family needs best.
Diesel/petrol.
Cost are similar at the pump but diesels cost more to repair if not used as needed. So remember short term gain is not always a long term gain.
Below are some pictures of a carboned up engine that is suffering.
End result is car is back to normal but an unnecessary cost for the owner.
