Has anyone felt this way before? I know i have 🙂. Sometimes you have to step back and take a breath of fresh air. I've found over the years it's pretty much all been done before, and if you've ever felt a bit stuck some advice is a God send. Never be to scared to ask, I used to say to my apprentices ( Being a trade qualified Boilermaker and old ) your better off to ask what you feel is a silly question, than to do something your unsure of and look like a goose. I've been lucky to have my Dad and my Dads friends when I was younger, to show the way and passing the passion of Hot Rod building on, we've all started with not much of an idea but like life it can all be a learning curve. If I can help and I'm happy too, send me a Pm and I point you in the right direction. Things that look daunting are sometimes just a mater of perspective, the more you do the more you know. Like I said it's all been done before. Best to all good people and I'm always happy to help a fellow Rods Classics Custom and Bikes enthusiast.

Little A MODEL I had the opportunity to do. The owner gave me range and liked traditional High Boy Styling. So happy days and into it. All work on this car, was done while working at Hughes Stepsides, as their chassis fabricator. Fully boxed chassis, with K member, running a dropped eye beam axle and coil over rear suspension. Also steeled out the floor and put in a new drive-line tunnel, hump and recessed firewall. Set up steering and underfloor brake pedal. Happy days. Best to all .

Back in photo days, a photo of my Dad's car and mine. Mine with an ibeam front end and Dad's with an independent tubular front end. Mine had a dead perch bolt instead of using a front pannard bar on the ibeam, instead of putting up with the bump steer? Each to their own, that's why I love Rodding. Same but not👍👍

My Dads 31 A model. Got a picture finally of my favourite car Dad and I painted together, which means the world to me. I didn't have Chassis building skills back then but had painting skills and the car picked up best closed-cab at the prestigious Wintersun Hot Rod event back in the day. I remember the phone call from dad fresh off the stage after his award, so proud . Love you Dad ( Bob Giffin ) thanks for everything ❤️

Memories Photos popped up, 11years ago today had the opportunity to fabricate chassis and modifications on this 40s maple leaf Chev truck. Came up sweet, coil over shocks on the rear then shoe horning a healthy 350chev motor in. Was a bit of a challenge getting clearances but achieved.
