💨 2022 RAM 2500 6.7L CUMMINS — BANKS MONSTER-RAM UPGRADE 💨

Our customer wanted to improve the airflow and reliability of their 2022 RAM 2500 6.7L Cummins, so we got them sorted with a Banks Monster-Ram intake manifold. 🔧

One of the big benefits of this upgrade is addressing the factory heater grid.

The heater grid sits directly in the intake airflow, and a common failure point on these engines is the heater-grid hardware coming loose or failing. If components break away, they can potentially be ingested into the engine — something nobody wants to deal with. 😬

The Banks Monster-Ram removes the factory heater-grid assembly from the intake manifold, eliminating that particular failure point while providing a much more free-flowing intake design.

THE ROLES

As a **Parts Interpreter**, you’ll assist customers and workshop technicians with identifying, sourcing and ordering parts while helping keep jobs moving efficiently.

The **Parts Interpreter / Manager** will also oversee the parts department, manage suppliers and stock, support the team and help improve department efficiency and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Identify & source automotive parts
✔️ Assist customers & workshop technicians
✔️ Use electronic parts catalogues
✔️ Order parts & manage suppliers
✔️ Manage stock & inventory
✔️ Process invoices, returns & warranties
✔️ Maintain efficient workshop turnaround
✔️ Keep the parts department organised

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Automotive Parts Interpretation experience
✅ Strong knowledge of automotive makes, models & systems
✅ Dealership, aftermarket or workshop experience
✅ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Current driver’s licence – manual preferred
✅ Mechanical knowledge/trade background advantageous

**Manager position:**
Previous parts management/supervisory experience and strong leadership skills highly desirable.

Position Overview:
As an automotive parts interpreter, you will be responsible for assisting both retail customers and workshop technicians in accurately identifying, sourcing, and ordering automotive parts. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, efficient service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify and order required parts
* Interpret parts catalogues and vehicle schematics to determine correct parts
* Advise customers and workshop staff on part compatibility and alternatives
* Order parts from suppliers and manage incoming stock
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
* Process invoices, returns, and warranty claims

* Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry (dealership or aftermarket)
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, makes, and models

* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
* Mechanical knowledge or trade background (advantageous but not essential)
