I know I have retired, but recently my mate Rusty made the trip from interstate to cure his midrange hiccup.
(Which we did and she is now running almost as good as new. )(clutch slip)

He and his lovely Wife, Fer, baked this lovely tasting and visually stunning chicken pie.

A lot of people had asked for a video of a CBX on my dyno, but I only have so many hands.
Luckily, Rusty as well as being a great bloke, is a pretty good photographer and videographer, so here you go.
Enjoy the videos on balancing and then a couple of power runs.

A bit of clutch slip as you can see on the graph and hear as the revs quickly increase.

So a clutch rebuild is on the cards for Rusty and then his bike will be as good as new.

Time for retirement.

I have loved my times with CBX’s and I will continue to tinker on my own bikes, but I have officially closed my business.

A new chapter into the golden years of life. Plenty of jobs to do around the property. No plans to be playing scrabble and bingo in a retirement village.
Will still always be involved in motorcycling and available for consultations.

No more posts on this site and if I can work it out, I’ll endeavour to close it; otherwise it will remain dormant.
