🔧 WE’RE HIRING – WORKSHOP MANAGER 🔧
đź“Ť Griffith NSW | Full-Time Position
Are you mechanically minded, organised and someone who knows how to get things done? đź‘Š
We’re looking for a Workshop Manager to join our busy smash repair business.
Panel Beating or Spray Painting experience is NOT essential — although it would definitely be an advantage.
What we’re really looking for is someone who:
âś… Is mechanically minded and practical
âś… Can confidently manage a busy workshop
âś… Has great organisational and communication skills
âś… Can coordinate jobs, staff and workflow
âś… Is confident dealing with customers, suppliers and tradespeople
âś… Can problem-solve and think on their feet
âś… Takes pride in getting the job done properly
âś… Is reliable, hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in
If you’ve worked in mechanics, automotive, machinery, trades, transport, construction or another hands-on industry, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on a key role in a growing local business and be part of a great team.
🚗 Experience in the smash repair industry is a bonus — the right attitude and mechanical mindset are more important!
