Introducing our new range of Fully Adjustable 520 Series Crimped Aluminium Hose Ends.

Our 520 W Series alloy hose ends will replace the existing Non Swivel 520 Series hose ends to allow for 360° Adjustability once they are crimped making orientation for installation a breeze.

The 520 series hose ends are designed to be used with our 200 Series PTFE Smoothbore Hose, which is compatible with all modern automotive fluids and has become the go to hose in recent years.

For those of you that use the 4 pole Electrimotion fuel solenoids, with the needle valves and are concerned with the valves moving (or prying 👀) this maybe of interest. A simple slide on cover, 3D printed from ABS material $50 inc GST (they're not on the website yet so send a PM if you are interested)

RANT WARNING 😡

Our SDS Barrel Valve (a registered design) has been blatantly copied by an Australian manufacturer. Not only have they stolen from our business but they have disrespected the people that invested in the Barrel Valve’s R&D and the team that used it to secure "world record" success (Zappia Racing, Competition Fuel Systems, Speedflow Australia, Alky Pro, Proforce Motorsport).

We've discussed the alleged theft with the business in question, who in their words, "didn't copy it exactly". But wait, it didn't stop there … lack of imagination had them use the sales pitch from our website, almost verbatim, to market their copy.

Please people, remember if it hasn't got the logo you are buying an inferior copy (with unproven performance) and supporting this unethical behaviour.

It's been a pleasure to collaborate on this project and solve some horrible traits we've grown to accept from other barrel valves.
Really excited to see a lot of hard work hit the market and start setting records.

Our new Adjustable Barrel Valve is finally ready to ship. Designed by Competition Fuel Systems in collaboration with Straightline Data Systems, it offers fully adjustable idle and stage circuit volume. No more modifying the spool to get the fuel you need at stage and this makes it easy to “try” different stage volume to see how the car responds.
Primarily designed for clutch equipped Alcohol engines that stage at high RPM, this metering valve has generous flow passages throughout, and offers:
Idle volumes from: 0.5 to 2.00 GPM.
Staging volumes from 5.00 to 11.00+ GPM.
It’s been extensively tested on the flow bench and the track.
This new barrel valve features:
• Lightweight billet construction
• High strength Stainless Steel spool and screws.
• Full AN10 inlet and outlet with higher thru-flow than a K style to minimise pressure loss to nozzles.
• High flow adjustable Idle and Stage circuits.
• Uses conventional Idle Check pressures.
• Fuel “ramps in” from idle.. no abrupt flow circuit changes or lean spots.
• Built in pump-saver – returns excess fuel to the distribution blocks.
• Takes conventional Enderle style screw in Main Jet.
It will ship complete and ready to run, with all fittings including inlet and outlet & spool arm. Every unit is individually flow tested with the pump saver set to your specs.
