Received the sad news today that the speedway world has lost one their favourite sons with the passing of Bob Christie, on behalf of the Goulburn Speedway committee and members we would like to extend our condolences to Monique and family and Carol,Bob will be sadly missed by all.

Our 2026-27 season program is all but set and will be a cracker, we have three nsw titles,SSA production sedans Australian title and the Sprintcars returning for two shows including boxing day just to name some, Our opening meeting on the 24th of October 2026 will feature the Speedcars George Tatnel Challenge plus Super Sedans, legend Cars, Fender Benders, Street Stockers and ( F500s tba ) We are also currently in the process of extending our pit area which we are hoping will be ready for the start of the season, this will allow us to be able operate out of one pit area for most meetings instead of two ,I will post the complete 26-27 program a little later.

Finger crossed we are having a meeting next week with our local member Kristy McBain to discuss support for the Goulburn Speedway.

Unfortunately once again we have been unsuccessful in obtaining a grant to upgrade our lighting system,we have applied for several grants now with out any success I guess we'll just keep on trying, special thanks to Donna and Mitch for all the paper work that is required for these projects.

Regrettably due to the low count of of nominations the committee has decided to cancel our final race meeting which was set down for this Saturday the 25th, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, the club would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our sponsors, supporters and our volunteers for all their support, we have had a fantastic season which could not have been possible without all your help, we look forward to seeing you all again next season the committee.
