🚨 REMINDER – TRANSPONDERS ARE MANDATORY FOR 2026/2027 🚨

A reminder to all competitors that racing transponders will be mandatory at ACT Speedway for the 2026/2027 season.

Transponders are an important part of keeping our racing accurate, fair and professionally managed, providing reliable lap timing and finishing positions while helping our officials run race meetings more efficiently.

🏁 No transponder = no racing.

Please make sure you have your transponder organised, working correctly and ready to go before our first race meeting of the season.

We appreciate everyone getting prepared early and helping ACT Speedway continue to improve for our competitors, officials and spectators.

🏁 HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR HELMET LATELY? 🏁

With the new season approaching, now is the perfect time to check that your helmet meets current Speedway Australia requirements.

⚠️ SNELL 2015 helmets are no longer permitted for racing from 30 June 2026.

Scrutineers will be checking helmet compliance, and non-compliant helmets may result in drivers being unable to compete.

Don’t leave it until race day — check your helmet now and make sure your safety gear is ready to go! ✅

Our Registration Days are now locked in, with pre season technical and safety compliance taking place throughout September.

These days are an important part of getting ready for another huge season of Legend Car racing, ensuring every car meets technical, safety and eligibility requirements before the green flag drops.

We can’t wait to see the paddock come back to life and welcome both familiar faces and new competitors for what promises to be another fantastic season.

The next available calendar is for QLD which includes this seasons 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 on the 26-27th February 2027 at Grafton Speedway.

QLD registration is primarily the 1st and 8th August or by appointment.

Last night we celebrated the 2025/2026 𝑵𝑺𝑾 & 𝑨𝑪𝑻 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 at the Queanbeyan Kangaroo Leagues Club with ACT Speedway . It was a great night full of fun, laughter and sharing memories of an action-packed season. Thank you very much to everyone who was able to make it and celebrate such a successful season.

In preparation for this Saturday’s NSW & A.C.T presentation night, the draft calendar for down south is up! We’re waiting to hear back about one more date but the others are locked in for the 2026/2027 season!

One registration will be on September 12th at this stage. And another in early October. Details will be emailed shortly. If you need details, please message this page.
