If you didn’t get the chance to step aboard the MC68 at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival, join renowned sailing journalist Toby Hodges of Yachting World for an insightful tour of McConaghy’s 68ft performance cruising catamaran.

In this walkthrough, Toby takes a closer look at a cruising catamaran that challenges the traditional compromise between performance and living space, combining the sailing characteristics expected of a McConaghy with the volume, comfort and flexibility required for extended cruising.

From the spacious, light-filled interior and expansive entertaining areas to the flybridge helm and performance-focused design, the MC68 demonstrates how thoughtful composite engineering can create a catamaran that is both exhilarating under sail and exceptionally comfortable at sea.

Our thanks to Toby Hodges and the Yachting World team for taking the time to step aboard and share their perspective on the MC68.

Every detail of the Cure 68GT has been designed to make sailing easier, safer and more rewarding.

Twin articulating aft helm stations place you exactly where you want/need to be. Outboard for clear visibility when docking or trimming sails, or inboard for protection from the elements while maintaining excellent visibility through the expansive saloon windows.

Custom carbon fibre helm seats integrate the navigation consoles and engine controls, keeping everything comfortably within reach. Re-engineered access to the side decks makes moving forward more natural, while end-boom sheeting and a traveller mounted on the aft beam deliver precise sail control without adding unnecessary weight high in the structure.

Every decision serves one purpose:
To make every mile under sail more enjoyable.
