Strong hands-on experience in marine engineering, mechanical fitting or related trades
Sound knowledge of marine systems, driveline arrangements and vessel repairs
Practical machining experience, ideally including lathe and milling work

A professional approach to workmanship, safety and client expectations
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisation, initiative and attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Their own professional trade tools
Experience with CNC machining, milling, 3D printing, hydraulics, stabilisers, vessel systems or luxury marine refit work will be highly regarded.
We offer:
Excellent remuneration based on skill, experience and value brought to the business
Stable full-time work in a respected marine company
40–45+ hours per week
Half-day Fridays
Varied, interesting and technically challenging work
A steady pipeline of luxury vessel refit and repair projects
