Heads Up – Reduced Capacity for the Next 3 Weeks

With Hamish away for the next 3 weeks, our workshop will be operating with a smaller team than usual.

We are still open and working hard to keep vehicles moving, however booking lead times and repair completion times may be longer than normal during this period.

As we prepare to welcome our newest family member, we have introduced new booking options to make arranging your vehicle service easier and more convenient.

These improvements integrate with our upgraded management system, which now provides email reminders, as well as email and text notifications when your vehicle is ready for collection.

Of course, you can still contact us by phone. This will be required for larger repairs. However, as a busy workshop, there are times when we may not be able to answer immediately. If this happens, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

As a small family-owned business, having a full-time office administrator is not always practical. These new systems allow us to continue providing the personalised service our customers know and trust, while making communication more efficient for everyone.

We’re taking our yearly break a little earlier than usual this year due to the exciting impending arrival of our son in August 💙

We’re almost fully booked leading into our break, with only a handful of appointments left on April 28th & 29th.

We will be away from April 30th – May 15th, however the workshop will still be running at reduced capacity with Hamish at the helm 🔧

If you’ve been meaning to get your car in — now’s the time to lock it in.

👉 All classics and specialised jobs will be booked in from after May 15th

If you’re trying to reach us but can’t get through on the phones, this is the best way to lock in a booking request without the back-and-forth.

Just a reminder — bookings are not automatic and aren’t confirmed until you hear back from us.

Mark & Steph are currently building a brand new little mechanic 👶🔧

Project name: Baby Reeves
Completion date: Late August

Build specs so far:
• Long development timeline
• Runs primarily on snacks
• Occasional system glitches (mostly Mum)
• Expected to arrive loud, tiny, and already the boss
• Future workshop apprentice (he’s already supervising) 💙

🚗 We’re Fully Booked for the next 2 weeks 🔧

Thanks to the continued support of our amazing customers, and because we have a super awesome bunch of mechanics - we’re currently booked out around two weeks in advance.

It’s a great problem to have (and we’re grateful!) - but we also know it can be inconvenient when you suddenly need to get your car in. We will do what we can for urgent repairs, but this may mean no definitive booking/time of completion able to be given.

👉 A friendly reminder to please be proactive with your service and repair bookings and plan ahead where possible, especially for routine servicing and non-urgent work.

This helps us:

âś…Give your vehicle the time and care it deserves
âś…Keep turnaround times realistic
âś…Avoid rushing jobs or over-promising
