You can’t do a paint correction on a used car without clambering it first and you can’t clay bar a car without doing a paint correction after. Years of experience will tell you that. Clay barring without doing a paint correction is a disaster. Even with the correct clay bar and l**e spray the clear coat will be visibly marred. Depending on the reason why a clay bar is used and how heavy you need to use it on the paintwork will determine how much of a paint correction it will need
