Even the Queensland Fire Service are getting the April fools jokes

Long regarded as purely recreational craft favoured by fun loving risk takers, jet skis are set to play a vital role in keeping Queenslanders safe.
QFES has acquired a fleet of 200 jet skis, which will undergo extensive modifications at a Brisbane engineering facility, converting them into on-water firefighting machines capable of responding to everything from boat fires to marina incidents and even house fires in canal estates.
The QFES firefighting jet skis – officially known as Personal Jet Propulsion Firefighting Watercraft (PJPFW), can draw water directly from below the craft, pumping it out through a specially designed high-pressure hose which can reach up to 50m.
Firefighters will undergo special training before becoming qualified to operate the personal firefighting craft.
