Been a bit quiet on here lately… but we are on the tools and back posting the good stuff 🔥

Recently we wired up these canopy lights to keep this rig lit up brighter than the Brisbane sun ☀️ and fitted a fuse to the dual battery setup in the tray to keep things safe, reliable, and ready for whatever the workday/camping trip throws at it. ⚡️

Work Light Wednesday 🔦

Yesterday we fitted up a pair of rear work lights to this hardworking rig, making those early mornings and late nights a whole lot brighter. 💡

Keeping visibility high, accidents low, and making reversing into tight spots less of a guessing game. 👌🏻

Ready to light up every job site it rolls into. ⚡️

Another rig ready to tow like a pro 🙌🏻

Today we fitted electric brakes to this brand new work horse, making sure it’s ready to haul safely, smoothly and without the “hope for the best” method every time the trailer hooks on 😅

All wired up neat, reliable and ready for many kms of hard work ahead ⚡️🚛

Weekly recap from the Allsorts crew 👨🏻‍🔧⚡️

Tuesday kicked off with a BIG forklift that had more damaged dash wiring than we’ve had coffees this week ☕️⚠️ Tracked it down, cleaned it up and had it back doing forklift things instead of impersonating a Christmas tree.

Wednesday brought us a Hilux with no lights and cutting out whenever it felt like it 😅 Found a loose chassis earth and a heap of shorted wiring hiding behind the front and rear bars. Safe to say the old girl is back shining bright and running properly again 🙌🏻

Thursday was all about the mighty MUX getting the full tow package treatment 🔥 Anderson plugs, 12 pin plug, all the bells and whistles ready to tow in style.

Friday started with an early morning rescue mission on a Focus with no power to the dash — lucky for the owner it was only a blown fuse and not a full exorcism 👻⚡️ Then it was straight into fitting a battery isolator on a truck before finishing the week STRONG with a fresh front-end rewire on this gorgeous ‘57 Belair 😍

Big week, plenty of wiring, plenty of fault finding and only minimal swearing 🤏🏻😂

⭐️ Wild Wednesdays 🔧⚡️

Started off tackling the front end of this absolute MONSTER Cortina… 😅 Fully rewired the Front end, cleaned up the Haltech setup, sorted all the front lights, and fired up the vacuum pump for the brakes — this thing’s just about ready to scare a few people at the track 😮‍🔥

Then, because we don’t know how to sit still, we squeezed in a “quick” trailer job (you know the ones that are never actually quick). Out with the dodgy old tail lamps and in with some fresh ones so you can actually see the thing at night 👀

Big builds, small jobs, and everything in between — we make the sparks behave ⚡️

From a lifted LandCruiser lit up like a Christmas tree 🎄 to a hard-working truck and dog heading to site — no job too big or messy for us.
Chased down a list of lighting faults, ripped out all the dodgy wiring, and got this truck glowing properly again 🙌🏻
If it’s wired, we’ll sort it.

Today’s episode of “What’s hiding under your ute?”… a full-blown birdsnest 🐦⚡️

This Triton was rocking some questionable wiring under the tub… so we gave it the Allsorts treatment — cleaned it up, rewired the trailer plug, and made it actually safe (crazy concept, we know 😅)

Then we rolled up to this monster caravan:
• Slapped in a second battery 🔋
• Added fans to keep the kids from melting 🥵
• And fitted a chunky 3000W inverter because why not run half a house off it

Safe to say this setup is ready for anything 👊

Wednesday Weapons 💪⚡️

Kicked things off with a twin turbo V8 Mustang 🐎🔥
Customer reckons it felt “a bit slow”… which is basically illegal for one of these 😅
After running through the diagnostics (and resisting the urge to just send it), we found a tired fuel pump in the tank choking the life out of it.
Sorted that out and she’s back to trying to rip the road in half 🚀

Wrapped up the day with a Toyota C-HR that had zero power to anything — completely dead.
Tracked it down to a blown fuse, sorted it, and brought everything back to life 👌

Another day, another mix of chaos and clean fixes 🔧
